Hello All, Welcome to Clinically Okay Prompts. This is where I will be posting periodic prompts for the community to reflect on. I would recommend journaling, though I am a writer…. Join by journaling, writing, picture journaling, drawing, conversing, or whatever other way that tickles your fancy.

These prompts will be questions to ask yourself, quotes to reflect on, and streams of consciousness based off of a phrase or word. These are intended to make you think about yourself, and to analyze your strengths and coping mechanisms. To challenge your views and to help you learn new things about yourself. Some questions will be harder than others, but always try to be honest with yourself, because you deserve that. Share your revelations or thoughts with the community, and help others find health and happiness.

And remember to like, follow, or subscribe if you like what you see! Join the Clinically Okay Community and find the support you need and an outlet for your thoughts. And of course, remember to always support one another.

Journal/Writing Prompts for your Health

Hello all. These prompts are for mental chewing, writing, journaling, picture journaling, drawing, conversation, or whatever you want. I would recommend journaling, but then again I am a writer. They are meant to be ways in which you can meditate on yourself and see your strengths and positives through your struggles. They are going to be hard questions. So think through them. Hard.
